This new Residencia Universitaria Platina will be a perfect place to live your best university years.
Platina hall has 260 rooms, which means you'll have a chance to make 259 new friends to share your student living experience with!
The new residence will be made up of single rooms.
You will have your own kitchen, desk, chair, bed and bathroom.
Full board 7 days a week (except Christmas and Easter) You will not go hungry, trust us!
Bed linen, towels, and housekeeping are included.
Social and fun
Forget the bills: water, electricity, gas and etc. are included.
Wifi and super-fast and reliable internet throughout the building.

Cancellation policy
Your booking can be cancelled for free if the Visa application has been denied.
A booking can be cancelled for free if you have failed to obtain the required qualifications to get into your university of choice.

The duration of the Contract must be at least 9 months between 12:00 on the day of entry and 12:00 on the day of departure established in the Accommodation Contract. Do I need to pay a deposit? Yes, and the deposit pays part toward the Damage Deposit when due. A security deposit of €250 must be paid in advance to make a booking. This fee then forms part of the Damage Deposit of €800. A guarantor is needed to stay with us, If you have a Spain based guarantor, you can pay your rent in instalments. Alternatively, you can pay your annual rent upfront in a lump sum. We only accept full-time students of 18 yrs and older. Bed linen and towels are provided and washed once a week included in your cost.
If you sign your Tenancy Agreement on or after 1 June 2021 and you have not collected the keys to your Room, you may cancel your Tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, at any time within the period of fourteen (14) days of the date on which you sign your Tenancy Agreement (the “Cooling-Off Period”). Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Tenancy and will refund your Advance Rent Payment together with any other payments of Rent you may have made.
If you sign a Tenancy Agreement for a semester 2 or 3 beginning after the 1st January 2022, you may cancel your Tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, with no penalty up until 15 November 2021 or 8 weeks before the start of your agreement whichever is the shortest. Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Tenancy and will refund your Advance Rent Payment, together with any other payments of Rent you may have made. We can only accept full-time students. To live with us whilst studying at University, you will need to be 18 or older. We don’t allow smoking inside your residence, but you’re free to smoke outside.

The Residencia Platina is right on the university campus near both, The University of Salamanca and The Pontifical University of Salamanca.
Salamanca is one of the Spanish university cities of excellence.
It has the oldest university in the country, and if you dare to walk in front of its facade you can try to find the famous frog. If you don't find it, don't worry.. you can always take a look at the rest of the people trying to find the famous frog!
In Salamanca, you can find the best atmosphere to go out with your new friends from Platina.
You will be able to enjoy a drink in the Plaza Mayor or the best gastronomy in the narrow streets of the old town.

Good to know
When you check-in we’ll need to see a copy of your ID, and also recommend bringing a printed copy of your tenancy agreement.
Some of our residences will let you to move in at any time on set days, whereas others will give you a time slot. We’ll be in touch closer to your move-in date to give you more information!
When your move-in date approaches, we’ll be in touch to advise where you can park nearby to unload your belongings.

The safety of our students is very important to us. We have fire alarm tests and inspections on fire safety practices regularly across all of our residences.

In times of uncertainty and your peace of mind, we recommend you select a flexible rate with free cancellation. If your plans change, you can always cancel free of charge until the cancellation expires.
